Our Rail Stations & Restrictions
Using the correct railroad station names on your bill of lading is important to make sure the shipment goes to the correct destination. We are here to provide assistance to customers when waybilling cars to ensure information is complete, current, and accurate. Use our table to look up the stations we serve on our rail lines here.
In order to maximize the efficiency of our customers and our railroad connections, The Maryland and Delaware Railroad Company (MDDE) strives to have all rail lines owned or operated by MDDE cleared to handle 286,000 lb. (gross weight) railcars as tall as 17’0” above the head of the rail (Association of American Railroads Plate F clearance standard), but it is a work in progress.
